Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you need to initiate a return, please email contact@ologysupplies.com. Most items are returnable up to 30 days after delivery, with the exception of opened disposable medical supplies. Disposable supplies must be in original untampered packaging. Equipment return will be subject to approval if tamper seal has been broken or compromised, or if equipment housing has been opened. 

First, our sincere apologies. We are a drop ship company, which means that we do not always have an accurate inventory level from the manufacturer/distributor for most items. Our customer service department will send you an email with the estimated arrival time of any product that is on backorder from the manufacturer/distributor. When the item becomes available, it will ship within 24 hours of it arriving to the warehouse.

Your order is subject to tax. This rate is calculated at checkout based on your local address location. 

All Refurbished equipment has been deemed functional for use. Items may exhibit minor visible cosmetic  wear that does not impact function. All items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
